RCC is a service cooperative association founded in 1995.

It was created within the Instituto Movilizador de Fondos Cooperativos by managers and officers with a vast experience, and a trajectory of more than 15 years in the telecommunications area.

In order to comply with the cooperative's foundational mission, electronic commerce and content services were conceived, as well as the creation and subsequent management of a broad net to access such services from different cities all over the country, reaching all provinces in our national soil.

This is how RCC became, as from its very beginning, the First Argentine Network of Electronic Commerce, being also a pioneer in the development of Internet access within the area.

A precursor in the effort to shorten the technological gap among its members, RCC set as one of its main objectives, the use of new technologies, therefore creating the tools and services to allow small and medium-sized businesses, professionals and other social organizations in the country, to approach and use such new technologies as a way of inclusion, growth, and socioeconomic development.

The help provided to national small and medium-sized businesses as well as that of a social nature, was and is also one of the main premises of our cooperative association.

This means that RCC has always undoubtedly been, and still is, an effective response to the cooperative movement centralized in the I.M.F.C. and Banco Credicoop against the exclusion, concentration and foreignization models which, in the decade of their creation, were already punishing vast sectors of the community, among them, the Argentine small and medium-sized business and professionals.

At present, RCC continues to provide Electronic Commerce, Electronic Banking, contents, hosting and Internet services, having access points in all Argentine Provinces and with several thousand member companies and organizations using and benefiting from its services.

RCC is associated to I.M.F.C. Instituto Movilizador de Fondos Cooperativos.

RCC is a member and founding partner of the NAP-CABASE, the national point of gathering of national Internet suppliers.

RCC is an active member of the LACNIC Register of Internet addresses for Latin America and the Caribbean.
